This was a custom hotel project, under IHG HOTELS & RESORTS. It involved customized size and drawings analysis and 3D rendering, we finished the sample within the required time even if tailor-made sizes and materials. Of course, all parts followed our quality control flow.

1) Drawings Analysis

We know the customer from the dealer recommended, he went to our offline stores in Chongqing, and think highly of Frank's quality and design, after a full research then came to FrankHeadquarters, Frank factory, and workshop for a visit to see how the bathroom cabinet being manufactured, then can rest assured to cooperate with Frank. 

For this hotel is located in the bustling business district of Chaotianmen, Chongqing, at the confluence of two rivers, and a city where cultures blend together, Party A hopes that this hotel can Emphasize the concept of modern people ’ s needs for comfortable, simple, modern, luxurious and humble design, and hopes that the finished bathroom furniture will also meet the needs of modern people. Hopefully Frank bathroom furniture set can continue this concept. 

After we got the drawings, the first thing was to set up a one-on-one project group covering engineers, designers, product managers, sales, and QC to analyze the drawings, including dimensions, materials, hardware, construction, and production process. 

The client came up with 4 requirements for the bathroom vanity in different sizes, facing right and facing left, floor mounted vanity with cutouts, while mirror adopts irregular shape with illuminated, decorative handle and Blum hardware hinge. 

This bathroom vanity was made of SIVEC white natural marble stone countertop and golden nickel brushed stainless steel legs. 

While the LED bath mirror required is irregularly shaped, must be recessed in the wall and link the cabinet closely.

In regard to hardware, there were faucets, hardware, door hinges, handles, etc. 

We found that the Hinges and handles were customized items, here was the key point that we have to use our strong supply chain within a short time, it's a challenge for our purchasing team.

2) 3D Rendering

After we analyze all drawings and items, we created the 3D rending by our design system, and simulate the items in the bathroom, in order to possibly restore the installation effect in the future. The customer thumbed on 3D rendering and said “This is what we want!” then we start to arrange the sample with the workshop.

3) Order Confirmation & Production

We successfully manufactured the sample within a limited time, and the customer expressed great satisfaction upon personally inspecting its quality. With a smooth contract signing, we promptly initiated the production process. Despite facing tight deadlines, our production team overcame the challenge through their hard work, ultimately delivering the order on time. 

After that, the contract was signed smoothly, and all we need to do was proceed with the production. Though the project time limit was very tight, for the Hotel was scheduled to open inNovember, Frank's workshop team completed it timely. Thanks to the hardworking with all members in Frank, then we can ensure on-time delivery.

4) Quality Adhering Is Our DREAM

5) Packaging & Delivery

Due to inter-provincial transportation, the distance from the Foshan factory to Chongqing is 1500 km, so the customer also has strict requirements on the packaging to prevent damage during transportation and cause project delays. Therefore, we suggest customers use EPE foam and 5-layer corrugated cartons inside the mirror packaging, and fully enclosed wooden boxes outside.

6) Bringing the Product to Life

After the goods were delivered to the VOCO Hotel, the hotel carried out a quantitative inventory. Frank also sent a relevant team to the site to guide the unloading and installation. The hotel successfully installed the bathroom cabinet, mirror and pedestal basin according to our installation instructions.
